Traditional Homes Magazine - RISD Textiles

2013

 

Project done in collaboration with Traditional Homes Magazine and the Rhode Island School of Design.  The focus of the collection is on John Ruskins social criticisms in relation to contemporary society.  The materials intend to work together to activate a space by promoting an active material and tactile awareness to an environment.

Design process includes AVL - Compu Dobby Weaving, Digital Printing, Digital Embroidery.

Woven samples programmed with Weave Point 7.
